Mr. Chan is one of the Consultants of our firm, he was admitted as a solicitor in 1978. He is a Notary Public and China Appointed Attesting Officer. Mr. Chan is the legal counsel for a string of listed property development companies. He acted in several occasions involving litigation for changing planning restrictions against the Town Planning Board and has achieved the desired results.
